As the Managing Director of Student Consultancy, I’m responsible for the overall strategic vision, guiding the decisions and operations of the company while ensuring compliance with both legal and administrative policies. My primary duties include overseeing the development and execution of both short-term and long-term plans in line with the overall direction of the business, developing and implementing strategic strategies, ensuring effective communication and compliance to both external and internal standards, and providing general operational, financial, and personnel management. Additionally, I’m responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and assessing the performance of both the organization and our team members to ensure they are meeting company goals and objectives. Working directly with our team I’m able to provide them with assistance and guidance to drive positive results in areas such as communication, client satisfaction, and organizational goal-setting. I’m committed to the development of our staff and strive to provide them with the tools, resources, and motivation to reach their full potential.
